CleanClean provides business-management software and general informational materials for cleaning businesses. Content is provided for convenience and education and is not legal, tax, accounting, payroll, employment, human-resources, insurance, financial, safety, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals about your specific circumstances and jurisdiction.

2. No professional or fiduciary relationship

Use of the Services, templates, support responses, examples, reports, or educational content does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or professional-adviser relationship between you and CleanClean.

3. Business and compliance responsibility

You are solely responsible for operating your cleaning business and complying with applicable laws, contracts, permits, licenses, insurance requirements, tax rules, consumer-protection rules, employment and independent-contractor laws, wage-and-hour obligations, payroll practices, recordkeeping duties, e-signature rules, communications laws, and workplace and chemical-safety requirements.

CleanClean does not determine worker classification, rates of pay, overtime, breaks, reimbursements, taxes, deductions, benefits, eligibility, or payroll filings. Time entries and payroll exports are operational records and tools, not payroll, tax, or legal determinations. Review all records and calculations before use or submission.

4. GPS and location information

GPS and device-derived location can be delayed, unavailable, imprecise, or affected by hardware, permissions, signal conditions, browser behavior, operating systems, network conditions, spoofing, and user actions. A GPS clock event does not independently prove an employee’s or contractor’s exact location, identity, hours worked, or compliance with workplace policies. Customers are responsible for legally required notice and consent and for corroborating records before taking payroll, disciplinary, safety, or legal action.

5. Estimates, invoices, payments, and reports

Estimates, invoices, balances, payment statuses, payroll exports, depreciation records, and reports depend on customer inputs, settings, integrations, and third-party data. They may contain errors, omissions, duplicates, delays, or stale information. CleanClean does not guarantee collectability, payment settlement, tax treatment, accounting treatment, chargeback outcomes, or financial results. Reconcile material records with source documents and professional advice.

6. E-signatures and documents

Electronic signatures and documents may not be valid or appropriate for every transaction, notice, jurisdiction, or type of agreement. CleanClean does not guarantee that a particular signature process satisfies authentication, consent, disclosure, retention, notarization, witnessing, or evidentiary requirements. You are responsible for deciding whether electronic execution is appropriate and for preserving legally required records.

7. Third-party services

References or links to third-party products—including payment processors, mapping or location services, email providers, and integrations—are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement or a guarantee. Third-party services may change, fail, suspend accounts, impose fees, reject transactions, or process data under their own terms. CleanClean does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

8. Customer content and communications

Customers control the accuracy, legality, recipients, timing, and content of data, photographs, notes, documents, messages, estimates, invoices, checklists, and other materials they upload or send. CleanClean does not routinely verify customer content and is not responsible for customer promises, cleaning outcomes, staff conduct, property access instructions, or disputes between a customer and its clients, workers, vendors, or other third parties.

9. No guaranteed results

Examples, demonstrations, screenshots, testimonials, feature descriptions, pricing illustrations, savings estimates, and workflow suggestions do not guarantee revenue, cost savings, customer retention, staff performance, scheduling efficiency, compliance, availability, or any other business result. Results depend on implementation, data quality, customer practices, market conditions, and factors outside CleanClean’s control.

10. Availability, accuracy, and security

We work to keep the Services useful, accurate, and secure, but software and online content may contain errors or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete accuracy, compatibility with every device or browser, retention of every record, or immunity from security incidents. Maintain appropriate independent records, exports, controls, and contingency procedures for critical operations.

11. Emergencies and safety

The Services are not an emergency dispatch, monitoring, life-safety, hazardous-material, or security system. Do not rely on CleanClean for emergency communications or situations involving immediate threats to people, property, or the environment. Contact emergency services and follow applicable safety procedures.

12. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, reliance on website or product information is at your own risk. The warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability in the CleanClean Terms of Service apply to the Services and content. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
