SMS Terms and Conditions

1. CleanClean messaging program

If you opt in, CleanClean may send recurring text messages concerning your client-portal account, appointments and scheduling, service updates, billing or payment notices, security, customer support, and other information related to services coordinated through CleanClean Software.

CleanClean Software is the sender of these messages. A business whose services you receive may supply or use information within CleanClean Software to coordinate those services, but your SMS consent is provided to CleanClean and is not transferred to another business for its independent marketing.

2. Voluntary consent

Participation is optional. Consent to receive SMS or MMS messages is not a condition of receiving services, maintaining or using a client-portal account, or otherwise using available CleanClean portal features. You may continue without selecting the SMS consent checkbox.

3. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies depending on account activity, appointments, services, billing events, security events, and support needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. CleanClean does not charge a separate fee for participating in the messaging program.

4. Opting out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a CleanClean text message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional messages under this SMS program unless you later provide new consent.

Other recognized opt-out requests may include END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. For the most reliable processing, reply STOP. Opting out of SMS does not prevent communications through other lawful channels when appropriate.

6. Mobile number and delivery

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you enroll and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, you must opt out or notify CleanClean promptly.

Delivery depends on transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier, device, location, and coverage.

7. Privacy

Our handling of information associated with the messaging program is described in the CleanClean SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in the program, our practices, or applicable requirements. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide any additional notice or obtain new consent when required by law.
